Do you have any brands you particularly like or look out for when ebay suit shopping?

So far, the one I like best is a 0.5″ smaller on the shoulder than my existing well fitting suits (I’m a 19″ shoulder, the listing is 18.5″ shoulder). Will this make a huge difference in how the suit fits?
