Should I try getting into Amazon? /u/Half_Plenty CSCQ protests reddit

I have 4 years of experience total, and I’m a mid-level software engineer. My TC is 250k/year. I see L5 at Amazon is 283k/year, which wouldn’t make me jump. However, my company only pays seniors 310k/year, and at Amazon it’s 415k/year.

I currently have pretty good WLB (35-40 hrs/week), interesting work, and the culture is great.

Should I try to make the jump? If so, when?
