Should I apply right now or practice first? /u/The_Rifles_Spiral CSCQ protests reddit

Hey everyone,

I just graduated this month, and I’ve started to browse for jobs, but here’s the thing—I’ve never done any Leetcode before.

So I’m torn between two paths right now:

  1. Start applying now while grinding leetcode and hope to learn from any feedback or interviews I get.
  2. Grind leetcode first by spending a few weeks practicing so I feel more prepared for technical interviews and work on my projects on the side, then apply.

Should I focus on applying now and use rejections as a way to improve? Or should I delay applications until I feel more confident in my technical skills? Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏
