I’ve always found this weird. At least in America, everyone praises morning people like they’re some super hero. People brag about how early they have to get up for work and they make you feel like you’re lazy if you’re not up at 5am “grinding”.
Then you have night people. To me at least, they generally have a more relaxed attitude about life. Just better people all around to me. However, they don’t get up until 10am or later. Everyone I know calls them lazy and it makes zero sense.
So a morning person that wakes up by 5am, works until 5pm, and goes to bed by 9pm is a better person than the night owl that wakes up at 10am, works until 10pm, and doesn’t go to sleep until 2am?
It literally makes zero sense. Both are working the same amount of hours, one just gets up at a different time during the day.
So my question is, even if both people work the same amount of hours, why are night people considered lazy compared to morning people?
