Man this sucks. I can’t even report a bug in game anymore. /u/Vison World of Warcraft

I’ve been playing this new xpac for the last week or so and leveled up and had fun doing the endgame content.

I found out that these ground worms in a quest after unlocking the earthen (like the ones that work just fine in outland) are bugged. They all evade all attacks and won’t move.

I thought. Whelp, unfortunate bug I’ll report it and opened the in game support menu to do so as I’ve always done since 2005. There is no option to submit a ticket. I need to email them or go through the browser.

I just quit out of the game and am hoping the mobs respawn by tomorrow and I can do the quest. It used to be so easy to give feedback on broken parts of the game and they would almost always be resolved by the next hot fix. What happened? Has anyone else had troubles like this?
