Is there a way to direct steam to always place my online notifications at the bottom right of the screen? /u/WhoaTeejaay Steam on Reddit

I recently had to reinstall my steam client and upon reinstalling ive noticed that my notification overlay for when a friend gets online isn’t consistently in one area. Sometimes it’ll be in the upper left, sometimes upper right and on rare occasions the lower left. Never in the same spot though. Is there a way to make it persistent and tell steam that I always want them to appear in a specific corner?

Note: ive noticed that it depends on which game I’m playing and if I’m alt+tabbed to my other monitor. On Call of Duty, the notifications appear at the upper right, when Alt+tabbed, it moves to the lower left. In American Truck Sim, they seem to always appear at the lower left. Really strange.
