How to handle the situation? My confidence and sex time both going down /u/AffectionateGate4391 Sex

The situation is that my confidence (22M) is going down and I have huge performance pressure (which I built on myself only… partner supports me). I’m having performance pressure that I might not last long. In the beginning I used to last 30-40 mins . After few months it went down to 15-20 mins. But now sometimes its 5 mins, sometimes 10-15 mins, sometimes literally 2 mins only, occasionally 20+ mins. So now I’ve developed huge performance pressure due to many instances happened where we were on top horny mood but I lasted 5 mins or less and it killed the mood. Last 7-8 months I had huge stress comparatively to last year, now that stress is gone atleast, I’ve gained weight/ fat. To last longer cardio is necessary ig so I’ve planned to lose weight and focus on my health. Also whenever she’s on top , either I cum early or if my dick isn’t fully hard then she might not feel in that position, other positions are fine. So tell me what to do!!
