I bought 2 items on Amazon on the 15 and 18 of Dec from US and JP. Today my Amex card has 2 fraud charges from Amazon Marketplace SG the transaction details JADE SG MARKETPLACE PD. One for 144.16 and another for 48.32.
Already ask for replacement and talked to Amex to flag the charge once it process but still.. Its very coincidental that after buying from Amazon I got unauthorized charges from Amazon. Could it be partial cc leak and then a bin attack to guess the rest? This year this is the 4th or 6th time have to deal with fraud charge. Most on my Citibank and this is the first time for Amex. Even happened to a completely new Citibank card that has not been used before.
I keep a pretty clean PC, No fake software, Bitdefender and even use VPN. So the compromise has to be on their end?
