Why is the Metaphor + Persona 5 bundle cheaper than just Metaphor? /u/richaysambuca Steam on Reddit

I understand that it’s cheaper because I already own Persona 5, but shouldn’t the bundle be the same price as the solo game then? Is there something else I’m missing?
