Do you think Arthur knew Dutch was losing it, or did he just ignore the signs? /u/Inevitable_Sail2842 Red Dead Redemption

In Guarma right after Dutch killed the old lady, Arthur says either “You sure you all right?” or “You keep killing folk, Dutch.” It was clear to Arthur that Dutch hasn’t been himself lately. Of course both of them have a lot on their mind, Hosea and Lenny. Also, when Dutch killed Bronte, as if he was having his revenge, even when he tells Hosea that “This ain’t about revenge”.
