AAS + Bootcamp + Unrelated Bachelors degree enough? /u/KnightofAmethyst2 CSCQ protests reddit

So I have a bachelor’s in history and Philosophy from a top 50 school in the US ( i was young and did what i was interested in). In 2021 I did a bootcamp in webdev and decided I wanted to pursue a job in software as a career. Now I’m about to finish an AAS from the best community college in my state in computer science: programming(i had no money for another bachelor’s and am in debt). Now when I started this journey in 2021, I thought I’d easily be able to get my foot in the door with these credentials. Now, I’m just not seeing many junior dev roles(lots of senior/mid level) available. This sucks because I put so much effort into all this schooling.

I have a full stack e-commerce website built to showcase and sell my artwork using html, css, js, springboot/Java, and mysql. I have a small movies website using the MEAN stack and I have a few small api(Nasa’s free api for example) sites mostly utilizing html, css, and Javascript. Is this enough for a portfolio?
