Hey guys,
I’m being considered for an industrial phd position by NVIDIA and I wonder how it is looked upon by the industry.
I know this may sound silly, but given that it has a duration of 3 years, I would hate to find out that the skills and knowledge that I will have acquired during that time will not be valued by other employers. Like it was a 3 year internship, so to speak.
It is a big step for me, because I have to leave my country and relationship behind for that time, so I’m getting cold feet to be honest.
What are your opinions ?
