My company gives about 10 days off in December for the Holliday season. I feel like many people use 10 extra PTO days as well. So, most people have PTO for like 20 days in December.
I don’t take much extra PTO in December though. My main reasons are I feel like I like saving up my PTO hours, it’s easier to work when the office is half full, and honestly I feel like 10 days of company PTO is pretty good. Is my thinking weird at all? Since, I’m not making a huge deal out of the holiday season by taking a bunch of PTO?
