I am new to this franchise. I am a casual player that plays story missions alone (with palico) and then I farm on multiplayer. I like to take my time and im not rushing the story (i am really enjoying it) My issue comes with the armor, i like how this armor set looks despite i know is absolutely terrible. I recently defeated nergigante. This monster has an attack in which he flies into the air and dives like a hawk, now, even with this armor maxed out it still 1-hit-KOed me. Now, i will have more challenging hunts and its clear this armor set has too weak stats defensively. Will i ruin my gaming experience if i continue with this armor? Its true that i enjoy that i find it challenging and i also like how it looks, but i dont know if this lead to too many frustrations. Experienced hunters, what do you think? I also have a few more questions: Why everyone says instigator is so good? Is there a method to anger the monsters i dont know about? I dont fully grasp layered armor, there are only a few set i can layer my armor (ive seen in the shop a flower and christmas themed ones) or can i make this one layered? submitted by /u/memeking_7 |
