If you try to cancel your membership from the 57 day deal promo, this is the notification you will receive. This is a flat out lie as the fine print in the promo states that this deal will turn into a 1 month reoccurring membership once it’s over. There is no option on the website to cancel or even get to contact support to cancel it. If you follow the cancel directions on the website, it will redirect you to the same notification. I had to say I was having a different issue just to get the link to contact support.
