Is there a way to disable all my Workshop mods without outright disabling mods for the game in question? /u/You_are_reading_text Steam on Reddit

Project Zomboid’s Build 42 recently came out and there are a number of mods for it available, but I’ve found no way to disable all the B41 mods without disabling mods for the game as a whole. Any help?
