I started new role a few months ago, I was pretty burnt out from the old role before I started.
Anyways my PRs are getting shot down and I’m not really hitting my team’s velocity or targets.
I’m getting pretty overwhelmed, I would say I’m a ok senior, but just feeling I’m not delivering.
The imposter syndrome is real.
I understand everyone goes though this, but I’m just starting to get really tired and just disinterested in the work.
How do I talk to my manager and say I know I just started but I’m feeling burnt out, I just need to take a step back for a bit?
