If you were in Jim’s place, and your wife was also fearful of moving to another city even though it could be a great opportunity for your family to lead a better life and quite possibly, the life you dreamed of, would you have sacrificed that?
As much as I like her, this thing about Pam really nagged me, how she was always afraid to take risks and leave her comfort zone. I understand it, but it always nagged me, especially when Jim had to sacrifice his dream job. It all turned out well tho, so no harm.
