Seeking advice after playing with best friends /u/Take_Her_To_The_Zoo_ Sex

So very long story short, my wife and I played with our best friends this weekend and I’m just seeking advice from others who have lived similar situations.

It’s tough to articulate the relationship my wife and I have with our best friends as not many people have something like it. We are neighbors and our lives are almost perfectly parallel. Same number of kids, same age, same careers, same fitness/wellness lifestyle, same interests, same ethics. Our relationship is something that I hold dearer than 99% of things in my life.

Again, this is a long story short, and I can go into more detail, but I don’t think it is relevant. Basically, this past weekend we were holed up in a ski lodge and some really amazing things happened. We had a really nice intimate evening talking about how important each other is, how happy we are to have each other in our lives for the past years and the next thing I know we are fucking on top of each other. The only contact that was made was our wives gave the others husband a brief handy and some heavy kissing, but then swapped back.

It was incredible. It felt right and I have no concerns about it. But I am mostly just curious what the future holds for us. Gun to my head, it felt like something that was right for the moment. I know that moment won’t be there again until it is and I have no interest in forcing it. My question is; for those of you who who were fortunate enough to have friends/partners who were really special to you; what did it look like? Did you regret any of it or would you change anything? How did it end?

I can explain more, but that’s really about the gist. Probably tame compared to most of what goes on here, but nonetheless.
