how do i make big picture mode blackout my other monitor’s, can’t find an answer anywhere /u/reality_zero Steam on Reddit

I’m setting up a living room setup for big picture mode but the pc is used for gaming outside of that, I’m looking for a way to make it so when i open big picture mode it blacks out my other monitors, apparently it would work if the displays were duplicated not extended but changing that isn’t an option, so is there any way to have the tv be the only display showing anything when big picture mode is open, I’m willing to use 3rd party software if i need to, just wanna get this working and it seems like it should
