I have observerved that some people like to spend hours to make Retrospective boards unique, cool, shiny, spectacular e.g. like this one.

Am I the only one whose brain gets frozen when I see such a board which I know I need to work on right after? It’s so much visual noise for me, sometimes my teammate creates boards similar like this and I sit there for ~2 minutes zooming out from the conversation, because I try to understand the picture and I feel lost and stressed.
