Your tie is supposed to rest just at the top of your belt buckle, sometimes even above it. But mine is always way below. The only way I can make the fat end be at the at position, is when the skinny end hangs way under it.
I’m just following the standard instructions for a half-windsor knot. I’m doing everything right, but, the length just doesn’t fit me. Are my body proportions that weird? Is there some sizing, measuring, or tying issue I’m not aware of?
It’s bugging me while trying to do anything formal, so, thanks already!
