So a few days ago my gf (23f) asked me (22m) if I could help her free space from her google account, which was almost at the limit. I told her it must be really old files that were piling up and that it is sometimes gmail, docs, photos, and all of those save stuff you don’t even remember anymore so I agreed to delete all that.
Everything was going great with gmail and with docs, but when it came time for google photos I found something I shouldn’t have seen. While selecting all files for them to be deleted there were a number of really explicit nude pics of my gf, some exploring things she won’t even talk about trying with me. The pics are just her, alone, but I know that at that time she had a boyfriend, and the damage is already done.
I have always had a lot of energy regarding sex and physical affection, but now I don’t really feel an attraction to her body any more. I feel lost, I feel bad about not finding her attractive (physically) but it’s just like a switch has turned off. In the end I didn’t even delete the photos, those things are still there. Should I tell her? I have been toying with the possibility because she has started to take notice of me being a little distant, but we haven’t had a chance to meet yet (we both work).

We have been together for almost a year and a half and she has been really slow in the sexual area, although she has told me that in her life there has never been any abuse or anything she wasn’t willing to try. Also mentally and regarding her values I really love her still and would like to move on and keep the relationship if it is possible.
