Non-prescription medicine or vitamins that *actually* help prevent UTIs? /u/UnexplainedDrum Sex

I have been experiencing AT LEAST 1-2 UTIs a WEEK. I didn’t experience this problem last year. I am active with my bf but even when we do not have sex for days, I still get UTIs. Symptoms include a kind of stinging feeling down there for hours, hurts to go the bathroom, and feeling the need to pee constantly. After dealing with this for months now and searching for causes, I’m just wondering if there’s any vitamins or non-prescription medicine anyone could recommend me that has worked for them. I would really appreciate it. <3
