BF [32] has multiple fleshlight molds of his favourite pornstars /u/Throwaway583782 Sex

There was a discussion in our friend group about how if women were as open about/watched as much porn as men, men would be way more insecure and less tolerant of porn.

My bf said he owns multiple molds of his 5+ favourite pornstars. He then turned to me and said “if you had a favourite pornstar (I don’t, he knows that 100%) I’d support that. I get that there’s just some people you find insanely sexy and can’t watch enough of”.. he knows I don’t. (Isn’t that a manipulative trick? Normalising/justifying your own thinking by projecting it on others?) Our friends disagreed with him and they kinda carried on.

I knew he had fleshlights and that one or two of them were molds. I never gave it much thought and even suggested we’d use them during sex as foreplay, but now I feel completely different. I thought porn, for him, was just mindless scrolling, but he’s actually passionate about it and tried to make me side with him. I now also feel insecure because I know I look nothing like his favourites.

Is he right or should I tell him he made me insecure?
