So the title might be a bit confusing so ima clear it up real quick. I (M20) have been single my whole life and have never had any form of sex life other than a brief hookup when I was 18. I still go out and go on dates etc just as of yet it hasn’t ever led to any form of sexual relationship. I understand that these things take time and I am someone who doesn’t like to hookup with someone I don’t have a genuine connection with and so would ideally want to be in a relationship with someone before sex. My issue is I have a very high sex drive and the frustration I feel from my lack of a sex life is often time distracting. My question is if there’s anything I can really do to not feel this frustration so much that’s it’s distracting or if it’s just going to be something I deal with until I find a partner?
