Cowgirl Variation Confusion! /u/Sunshinesoil Sex

Hi all, my partner (M) really enjoys cowgirl but I (F) can’t quite seem to get the variation he’s looking for and he’s struggling to describe it helpfully.

It is NOT rotating my hips around or arching then straightening my back in a twerk-like motion. It IS something where my face is more towards his (I’m not sitting upright, I’m closer to his body) and I am going vertically up then back down with my entire lower body.

Is anyone familiar with this type of cowgirl and do you have recommendations for which muscles to engage or what to focus on? It’s much less about back and hip movement and more focused on up-and-down movement, it seems.
