why do I want him to choose my appearance/look like his ‘dream girl’ ??? /u/SelectionLast7701 Sex

This has been an ongoing thing for me (20f) throughout the different guys I’ve really been into in my life. Whenever I really like a guy, I have a strong desire to look as attractive as possible to him, and am always trying to research what kind of girls he finds most attractive and then aim to become that. Think like Nate Jacobs dressing Cassie in S2 of Euphoria, I really would be willing to wear whatever he desired me to. I don’t know why this idea of dressing up for someone or being their ‘dress up doll’ is so intriguing to me? Is this some sort of kink?? Or mental illness??? It’s something I’ve been confused about for a while.
