Me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly a year. We have always had a sexual relationship but recently I’ve started having some issues.

I suffer from epilepsy and often have seizures. After these I am exhausted for multiple days and am not in my right mind. I often have no memories of this time and am semi conscious through them.

My boyfriend begs for me to have sex with him, I try and refuse because of exhaustion but eventually give in because of guilt. If I completely refuse he goes off to masturbate which leaves me feeling upset and lonely.

This has only been going on a month or so but I don’t feel it will change. I don’t know how to approach a conversation with him over it or if I should.
