(M25) How do I control (at least to some degree) when I come during sex? /u/rakirak31 Sex

So I have been together with my SO (F26) for 3 years now. From my POV our sex life has always been more or less disappointing as I have never been able to make her cum during sex because it is always me first after a couple of minutes. We are already doing a lot of foreplay and I have tried to pause during sex, going down on her etc. But nearly every time I stick it back in I feel like only having like 30s left till I come and there is no way for me to control it whatsoever. I feel like most of the time during sex I try to distract myself from the act singing Songs in my head and stuff trying to last longer so I cannot really fully enjoy it. She comes close a lot but every Single time I shoot my shot just before her, leaving her unsatisfied. She is the best Person I have ever gotten to know and she always reassures me that it is not that big of a deal but for me it is.
