Am I reading this wrong, or is my wife just being an asshole? /u/chargeup1 Sex

Long story short, there are multiple instances of situations like this but this is the latest one of me “only caring about sex”. Last night I was watching sports and the wife was in bed watching her shows. I text her saying “baby, I’m horny” and she responds with “come cuddle”. So I turn everything off and go to bed and when I start trying to have sex with her she wants nothing to do with it. When I asked why she told me to come to bed if we weren’t going to have sex, she said because she wanted to cuddle. To me if I say I’m horny and she responds with come cuddle, in the context of the situation I’m thinking she wants to have sex. Am I wrong?
