Am I fetishising my partner (in an unhealthy way?)? /u/sadgf4ulol Sex

Basically my sexual partner’s first language is one where they use something I would call throat sounds like kh said in a way as if you had something stuck in your throat. I don’t understand anything he’s saying in his language, maybe a word or two, but whenever I hear him speak it I think he sounds so sexy. Today we were messing around, I was talking in my language for shits and giggles so he started replying in his language, I didn’t understand a word but it made me so horny we ended up having sex. Once I asked him to talk to me in his language when we’re having sex, but he said there’s nothing sexual about it so it would be weird.

Is this normal or am I fetishising my partner and should seek therapy because this isn’t something particularly sexual that should turn me on?
