Is there any scientific basis to the commonly propagated idea that masturbation diminishes one’s testosterone levels?
I found a related study here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8697462/
However I am not certain what it actually means/implies.
I have a mostly positive view of masturbation (it’s an avenue of release for pent up sexual needs which have no other outlet) but I think it’s good to question my own beliefs out of intellectual responsibility.
