I feel like phones and the TV are distracting my partner (30F) and I (28M) from having a more fulfilling sex life. It seems like instead of spending the time being intimate with each other (foreplay) I have to fight against her attention spent on her phone. When we do have sex she wants the TV on to block out sex noises. When I am going down on her I see that she is watching the TV instead of being into it.
Anybody else experience this? I’ve tried implementing no TV in the bedroom rules but she says she needs it to fall asleep too.
