A few weeks ago i noticed a hard layer or white stuff under my foreskin, next to the frenulum. I tried to wash it with soap, scrape it with my nails, but it does not go away, like its a part of the skin. I’ve never hand any sexual contact with anyone, I’ve only used silicone masturbators and water based lube, it could be a reaction to silicone, i dont know.
