I regret never dating early on in my life, now I am in my mid 30’s. All my friends are married or have a girlfriend at least. What made me feel like a loser was, when I was staying over night at a friends place ,his girlfriend was moaning through the night as I slept in the couch. I am not physically in great shape (BMI 29) to be able to get a gf soon. Also not many ladies are open to sex before marriage. I won’t do hookers. Not sure how to get out of this rut.
