I should mention that I THINK I’m also asexual (honestly I feel it’s too early to confidently say). I get gratification still from consuming some sexual media, and although I’d like to know what it feels like to get that intimate with someone, ultimately I get put off by the thought so I don’t try and pursue it. So, I don’t have real experience. Nonetheless, this bothers me so much, so I hope it’s still okay for me to express my thoughts even if someone might want to say “well you won’t know unless you actually have sex with a girl” or something of the like.
I’m bothered by the fact that I get so put off by vaginas specifically. I might not have big interest in actually having sex but even so! What I consume is anything to do with kissing or gay men – literally just whatever avoids vaginas lmao. Seeing vaginas makes me just kinda upset and takes me out of it
I know it’s valid, surely! We all have our tastes that we might not always be able to explain, but I feel so annoyed by it. Something about feeling this way makes me irrationally sad and/or angry and I can’t be sure why. Makes me feel weird and maybe just dissatisfied with my own body even though I feel comfortable “being a girl”. Maybe I feel upset because vaginas are conventionally attractive to most people, and just the thought of them probably doesn’t make most girls queasy like me
