How to fix Low libido /u/SSRworldwide Sex

I’ll make this quick because I bet there are a lot of these posts but I’ve experienced Ed when I was 19 and I believe it was due to a large amount of anxiety and stress associated with sex. Eventually a switch flipped and I was able to get solid boners and have confidence in a way I never had and this was amazing. But now I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for awhile and my sex drive is so low. I tried to jack off the other day and I could barley get hard enough and it was tripping me out. Would this be a physical problem or more mental still? I do use 6mg zyn nicotine pouches and maybe I should quit if that could be a reason but I think it might be my extremely low libido.
