What can cause a loss of sex drive? /u/Spiritual-Athlete-89 Sex

I (25F) have always had a super high sex drive, to the point it would cause issues in my relationships. But lately it has basically disappeared. What can cause that? It is making me doubt my relationship because I have always looked at him and just wanted to rip his clothes off and let him do anything he wanted to me, but lately I really don’t care for it which upsets me. I don’t think it’s anything to do with him, he treats me perfectly and I genuinely am happy with him. In past relationships, when my sexual needs weren’t being met i would have wild sex dreams and fantisize about other people, which I am not doing so it makes me think it’s definitely not the relationship that is the issue and definitely something to do with me. So why the sudden drop? I used to want it like 3-4 times a day every day (not that this is what happened, it’s more what i wanted to happen) and now i’m happy with maybe once a week. My boyfriend is away for work right now, and I really do miss him but it is also kind of a relief because I don’t need to have sex. Why do i feel like that? I would also like to clarify that he does not pressure me into it in any way. I believe sex is really important in a relationship so when I say i feel like i need to have sex with him, its me putting the pressure on myself to do it to keep the relationship healthy. if I said I don’t want to have sex for a while, he would be supportive of that.
