Vaginal sex caused me to poop /u/DivineEmotions Sex

Title says it all. 31f, was having sex with multiple orgasms and after, my partner told me I either bled or pooped. It was definitely poop. I didn’t even feel it. This has never happened before. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the outcome? Did you see a dr?

We had sex several hours later and it didn’t happen.

Extra details.. *I strained my back 2 weeks ago and am waiting to see if my xrays indicate nerve damage (my arm is weak and one of my fingertips is numb). *That day all I ate was leftover Chinese food, mcdonalds and some wine. **I do have a small skin tag looking thing around my anus.
