Hey everyone. I had some very odd sexual experiences when I was a child. I’m almost 40 now but the experiences left me with desires that I’m not proud of. I never act on them but sometimes I’ll watch porn that doesn’t make me feel proud. I’ve struggled a long time with this and only recently have I let go of the guilt. I didn’t ask to be screwed up mentally, but I haven’t reached out because I’m not sure how others will react. I’ve been alone my whole life so I’ve had to figure this all out on my own. I want to release whatever trauma has caused this in my mind but I’m not entirely sure where to go. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
