I’ve noticed over the past few days that I’ve struggled to develop and maintain erections. This seems to have started suddenly and I have no idea what the trigger might have been. I would see a urologist about this issue but it’s still a new development and I figured I might as well try to solve it on my own first.
My first guess was erectile dysfunction, so I googled its causes to see if they would line up. However, I am a young adult I do not drink or smoke, I do not have any registered heart diseases, I am at a safe weight level, I exercise fairly frequently and I do not suffer from chronic stress/anxiety. I will also say I am not currently in a romantic relationship and do not experience any pressure to perform sexually. These are the only causes of erectile dysfunction I can find online and as I do not fall into any of them I am reluctant to believe that that is the issue.
With this in mind, does anyone know what my problem might be? This has been bothering me a lot since it started and I am worrying this might develop into a permanent condition.
Thanks for your help
