When I talk to people I hear that you have to communicate and say what you want during sex. But when I have sex I don’t have anything to say.

Sex usually feels very nice and relaxing, I don’t move that much or touching up my former partner got some resistance from him, so I just didn’t do much.

People have told me I have to guide my partner where I want, but I’m not really sure where that is. My ex would touch me up and most places felt pretty pleasant, I didn’t know what else to add.

If things hurt or felt bad I obviously spoke up, but other than that I didn’t say anything.
