How do I clean an uncut penis? /u/dudewithanuncutpenis Sex

Hello:D I’m 13 and I just recently found out that I had to clean underneath the foreskin of my penis, no one really told me that I had to clean it. So, I tried pulling down my foreskin but I was only able to reveal half of the head because I was scared that it’ll hurt or get stuck. I saw some yellowish white thingies underneath my foreskin and I think I also saw some black things too, I’m not sure because I pulled the foreskin back so I wasn’t able to inspect it properly.

What’re the thingies underneath my foreskin? Is it smegma? And, can you guys give me some advice on what I should do? Should I tell my parents and ask them to take me to a doctor?
