However , during sex he kept refusing to wear a condom . I asked him several times , he even made a show of looking for one, saying he lost it on my bedroom floor. Eventually I gave in and had sex , as I’m on birth control (but he didn’t ask about that). I looked all over my bedroom floor for a lost condom and couldn’t find one, I realised the only explanation is that he lied about it. My question is , is this assault ? And what should I do ?
