Can guys tell when they pre cum? /u/Jumpatimespace Sex

I’ve gotten confirmation from a few guys that they can feel and know when they are pre cumming. I’m not on any contraceptives nor do we prefer to use condoms. My bf never cums cuz we’re both on drugs that prevent that so i’m chill about it for the most part when i’m not ovulating but I worry about pre cum during ovulation & wonder if it’s true that guys can tell when they pre cum? or if since we’re both on drugs that basically prevent you from cumming if pre cum is something we need to worry about I know it is but just how much should I be worrying about it? And of course ovulation is the time a girl wants to have sex the most so should I refrain from having sex completely while ovulating (I track my cycle as well).
