slight discomfort after having sex / condom slipped out. /u/idontknowlol6666 Sex

just as the title says, i’ve recently started becoming sexually active again with one person and so far so good until last time we had sex, his condom accidentally slipped. luckily, nothing happened and i’m not pregnant but my concern is i’ve always used protection in my past and i never had skin on skin contact (if that makes sense lol). it’s been 3 days since we last had sex and i still feel slight discomfort but it’s not painful, no itchiness, my urine seems to be normal, no pain during peeing. not really any change or symptoms other than a slight pinch discomfort. i did notice i’m a little swollen and red down there and he was going rough, so could it be just that? or could i be at risk of having an std? sti? i’m worried it might be something more serious.
