My boyfriend gave me an std and now looks at me like I’m tainted meat. /u/userrr2244 Sex

Apologies because English is not my first language. My (21f) boyfriend (26m) of three years has been looking at me differently lately. Since we’ve been together I’ve been getting non stop UTI’s and other painful problems. I never had these before but he is also the first and only man I’ve been with. I’ve usually just gone to the doctor and gotten a prescription to fix the uti and the symptoms subside, but never fully go away. So I decided to get tested because clearly there was something else going on. This lead to the discovery that my boyfriend who told me he was tested and clean was lying and gave me something from his previous relationship. He had no symptoms and figured that was good enough. It took me a while to get over it, as I know these are symptoms I’ll now have for life, but I’ve made my peace with it because I thought we were going to be together forever. The issue I’m having now with him is that any time we have sex he looks at me differently and almost seems grossed out. He hasn’t given me oral sex since then, (4+months) even though I’ve had this our entire relationship and I do it for him. It’s not herpes or anything that affects the mouth. It’s just hard that he seems not attracted to me now when he’s the reason I am this way. I’m a hygienic person, I shower every day and am so self conscious about smells or fluids that I wouldnt let him go down in me if I thought it was unpleasant…

I don’t know what to do and I don’t know how to approach this conversation with him. Am I wrong to be offended and hurt by this?
