Is it unreasonable to want my girlfriend to have had a bath/shower at least on the same day that we have sex? /u/KillianGrey94 Sex

Me and my girlfriend are both 28 and have lived together for 2 years. We have sex at least once a week and occasionally more than that.

My girlfriend has read something where it says that you shouldnt bath/shower every day because its bad for your skin in some way, so she will have one probably every 2-4 days. Sometimes she forgets as well ..its very inconsistent and she never showers and ONLY baths. I don’t really see that as her having a good clean anyway because baths are oftenly just soaking in your own stuff for hours aswell so that doesnt help. She doesnt smell bad or anything like that, but its just something I know in my head and it puts me off a bit and ive only had it one time in 2 years living together where her area had a bad smell and it was very off-putting so i dont want to experience that again to be honest, so when I know she hasnt had a bath in days then its something I want before we have sex.

She is almost always horny and she gets dissapointed when she tells me she wants to have sex that night and ill say “okay but we need to both have a shower before we go up”, or something like that.. and I wont say that if she has had a bath that day, but for example yesterday I said that because she had been at work on monday and tuesday and she hadnt had a bath since sunday…. and I know how sweaty she gets during the night from being hot in bed and then how she works all day in an office chair with her legs almost closed.. its an offputting idea of 2 days of sweat building up in these areas. She is a slightly curvy girl aswell which I like about her but it also creates more areas where sweat builds up if that makes sense.

Ive said to her i dont mind about how often she baths because she doesnt smell bad or anything so it doesnt really bother me that much, but when it comes to sex then it instantly comes into my mind and then sometimes it will result in us not having sex because she never wants to have a shower either and it always has to be a atleast a 40min bath, up to a max of a 3hour bath, so if we have to be up early for work and its late and shes horny but she hasnt bathed in 2 days and she wants sex then I say no and let her down and I feel really bad about.

I dont always say no because of that one reason, sometimes Im just not in the mood or Im too tired or some shit but I just feel like at a bare minimum it shouldnt be unreasonable for me to expect her to have had a bath on atleast the day that we are going to have sex?

I understand the thing where if you are really horny then your both just going to have sex.. and sometimes we still do that if we are both horny.. but in these scenarios where I am not horny yet and she is.. and she comes onto me.. then that’s one of the first things that I think of and I think its because Ive lived with her for 2 years and I know exactly how often she baths so its something that comes into my head when she comes onto me.
