It’s a tale as old as time- one partner has a high libido but the other one doesn’t. My bf (M29) has assured me many times that it’s not my fault, but I overthink constantly and it’s making me feel insecure. I’m struggling to feel attractive or sexy because of it. Our relationship is amazing, marriage is in our future, the only thing lacking is our sex life. I harbor no resentment towards him because of it, I understand that the male libido can change drastically as men approach age 30. I’m curious, for people who are experiencing something similar, how do you cope personally? And Is there something that I can do to help that won’t further shine a spotlight on what he’s been lacking? I don’t want to make him feel guilty or more insecure than he may already feel.
